Au sein d’un acteur majeur du secteur public, vous interviendrez sur un projet stratégique de modernisation et de maintenance d’applications métiers critiques. Vos missions principales seront :
Contexte & Missions
Conception et développement Participer à l’évolution des cadres applicatifs basés sur WebLogic et TopLink, en garantissant leur performance, scalabilité et sécurité.
Maintenance évolutive Analyser et résoudre les incidents techniques, optimiser les processus existants et proposer des améliorations architecturales.
Collaboration transverse Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes MOA, MOE et les experts métiers pour aligner les solutions techniques sur les besoins fonctionnels.
Veille technologique Assurer une veille active sur les bonnes pratiques et les évolutions des technologies Java EE, JPA, et des serveurs d’applications.
Compétences techniques obligatoires :
Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en développement et administration d’applications Java EE dans un environnement WebLogic
Maîtrise avancée de TopLink (ou Oracle EclipseLink) pour la gestion de la persistance (JPA).
Connaissance approfondie des serveurs d’applications (déploiement, configuration, tuning).
Expérience avec les bases de données Oracle (PL/SQL un plus).
Pratique des outils de build et intégration continue (Maven, Jenkins, Git)
Soft skills :
Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à documenter vos travaux.
Esprit d’équipe et aisance dans la communication technique et fonctionnelle.
Sensibilité aux enjeux de sécurité et de qualité logicielle
Atouts différenciants :
Certification Oracle (WebLogic, Java EE) ou expérience dans le secteur public.
Connaissance des frameworks Spring Boot ou Jakarta EE
