L' Ingénieur Qualité Senior est un/e contributeur/trice technique responsable de diriger la stratégie et l’exécution de l’ingénierie qualité au sein de plateformes numériques complexes de niveau entreprise. Ce rôle apporte une expertise approfondie en architecture de tests, en frameworks d’automatisation et en ingénierie de la performance, en veillant à ce que les solutions répondent à des normes élevées de fiabilité, de scalabilité et de sécurité.
Le poste façonne l’approche QA à travers les initiatives en définissant des stratégies de test, des frameworks et des standards de gouvernance, tout en identifiant de manière proactive les risques qualité et en pilotant des plans d’atténuation. L’Analyste opère avec un haut degré d’autonomie, influence des équipes transversales et joue un rôle clé dans la modernisation des pratiques de test grâce à l’automatisation et à l’intégration CI/CD.
Ce rôle agit également en tant que mentor et conseiller technique, guidant les équipes sur les meilleures pratiques et contribuant à l’amélioration continue de la qualité de l’ingénierie et de l’excellence de livraison.

The Senior Quality Engineer is a senior technical contributor responsible for leading quality engineering strategy and execution across complex, enterprise-grade digital platforms. This role provides deep subject matter expertise in test architecture, automation frameworks, and performance engineering, ensuring solutions meet high standards for reliability, scalability, and security.
The position shapes QA approach across initiatives by defining test strategies, frameworks, and governance standards, while proactively identifying quality risks and driving mitigation plans. The Analyst operates with a high degree of independence, influences cross-functional teams, and plays a key role in modernizing testing practices through automation and CI/CD integration.
This role also serves as a mentor and technical advisor, guiding teams on best practices and contributing to continuous improvement in engineering quality and delivery excellence.
