Dans un contexte d’amélioration continue des performances industrielles et de conformité réglementaire, ALTEN accompagne ses clients dans le déploiement et la maîtrise des systèmes QHSE.
Pour renforcer son pôle Qualité & Performance, le groupe ALTEN recrute un Ingénieur QHSE.
Missions principales
• Mettre en œuvre, suivre et améliorer les systèmes de management Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement selon les normes en vigueur (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001…)
• Réaliser des audits internes, analyses de risques et évaluations de conformité réglementaire
• Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans le respect des exigences QHSE et le déploiement des bonnes pratiques
• Gérer les plans d’actions correctives, préventives et d’amélioration continue
• Assurer la sensibilisation et la formation du personnel sur les thématiques QHSE
Formation / Expérience
• Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieurs ou titulaire d’un Master (Bac+5) en QHSE, sécurité industrielle, qualité ou environnement
Compétences techniques
• Maîtrise des normes ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
• Connaissance des réglementations HSE et outils d’analyse de risques (AMDEC, arbre des causes, etc.)
• Pratique des audits QHSE et rédaction de documents normatifs
• Connaissance des outils de reporting QHSE et indicateurs de performance

• Rigueur et sens de l'organisation
• Esprit d’analyse et d’initiative
• Bonne communication et pédagogie
• Sens des responsabilités et autonomie
Langues et mobilité
• Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais (écrit et oral indispensable)
