Dans le cadre de projets aéronautiques majeurs (développement avion, industrialisation, montée en cadence, support série, rétrofit/modifications), nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) PMO Aéronautique.
Vous assurez le pilotage d’un programme avion et êtes garant.e du QCDP (Qualité Coûts / Délais / Performance).
Aussi et si vous l’acceptez, vos missions seront les suivantes :
Construire et piloter le planning programme (jalons avion, gates, maturité, dépendances multi-lots)
Mettre en place et suivre les routines de pilotage : animer les réunions d’avancement projet et revues jalons
Consolider l’avancement des livrables métiers (Design/ESI/MSI, Calcul/Justification)
Tenir à jour le RAID log (Risques, Actions, Issues, Decisions) et contribuer aux plans de mitigation
Piloter la gestion de configuration / changements
Produire les supports de pilotage : KPI, dashboards, synthèses management, minutes & action tracking
Assurer l’interface entre les équipes internes et notre client
Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus de développement avion

Reporting : Excel avancé, Power BI (apprécié)
