Expertise et conseil en métrologie
Analyser les besoins en supervision, monitoring et mesure pour proposer des solutions adaptées (ex : outils de supervision applicative, analyse des performances réseau).
Évaluer et comparer les solutions du marché (ex : Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana) et rédiger des cahiers des charges pour leur déploiement.
Intégration et optimisation des outils
Déployer, configurer et maintenir des plateformes de monitoring pour suivre les performances des systèmes critiques.
Automatiser la collecte et l’analyse des données métrologiques pour améliorer la réactivité et la précision des mesures.
Support et formation
Former les équipes techniques et métiers à l’ utilisation des outils et à l’interprétation des données.
Assurer un support de niveau 2/3 pour résoudre les incidents liés aux outils de mesure.
Amélioration continue
Identifier les goulots d’étranglement et proposer des solutions d’optimisation (ex : automatisation des alertes, passage à des solutions cloud).
Veiller aux normes et bonnes pratiques (ex : ISO 9001, ISO/CEI 17025) pour garantir la conformité des outils déployés.
Compétences techniques
Maîtrise des outils de monitoring (ex : Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Wireshark).
Connaissance des protocoles réseau (SNMP, IP) et des environnements IT complexes (datacenters, cloud).
Expérience en analyse de données et en résolution de problèmes techniques
Formation Bac+5 en informatique, télécoms, ingénierie des systèmes ou équivalent
Expérience Minimum 5 ans en métrologie, supervision ou gestion des performances IT
