Sur la base des objectifs confiés par sa hiérarchie, le(la) ingénieur(e) bureau d’études gère et assure la mise en œuvre des solutions techniques et études nécessaires à la réalisation des projets, sur la base des demandes. Il(Elle) accompagne les équipes internes dans la réalisation de leurs demandes, dans le respect du cadre réglementaire.

JOB PURPOSE

In line with the objectives set by his/her superiors, the design office engineer manages and implements the technical solutions and studies required to complete projects, based on requests.
He/she supports in-house teams in c a r r y i n g out their requests, in compliance withthe regulatory framework.SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES
Studies
- Provide technical support to in-house teams for customer requests requiring product adaptation (costing, drawings, diagrams, studies, proposed solutions, etc.)
- Analyze requirements for each project in terms of technical, functional and deadline criteria
- Propose a suitable design solution, based on the request
- Define technical specifications based on requests for equipment modifications
- Define the feasibility of hardware modification requests (applications, safety, designs, etc.)
- Draw up diagrams and technical plans for the works, using business tools (CAD, DAO, etc.)
- Define and make available operating procedures (assembly, wiring, etc.) for specific equipment (new, exceptional, etc.), in collaboration with the methods teams
- Ensure compliance with operating procedures and technical recommendations defined at the time of the study, by internal stakeholders (operational teams, etc.)
- Carry out risk analyses on modifications and ensure compliance with the regulatory framework
- Carry out diagnostics (parts, electronics, etc.) and make any necessary recommendations
- Contribute, where necessary, to the selection of external service providers (deadlines, technical feasibility, price, etc.)
- Monitor project completion (deadlines, compliance, etc.)
- Contribute to the monitoring and updating of activity monitoring indicators (processing times, number of requests, number of requests processed, etc.)
Innovation
- Maintain a technical and competitive watch to identify new solutions technical (technologies, service providers, markets, customers, etc.)
- Contribute, where appropriate, to the implementation of innovative solutions

- Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, procedures, etc.)
- Know and strictly apply environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.)
PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)
5 years' higher education in industrial engineering and/or 2 years' significant experience preferred

Technical skill(s)
- In-depth knowledge of industrial engineering (CAD, DAO, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of technical engineering (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.)
