Localisation :Tanger, MarocNous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Amélioration Continue capable de faire évoluer nos processus vers plus de performance, de fiabilité et de durabilité et contribuer activement à la mise en place d’une culture d’amélioration continue.🎯 Missions principales :Participer à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des piliers Kohler Operating System.Préparer et organiser les événements KAIZEN.Dynamiser les rituels de pilotage (Tiers meetings), en veillant à la qualité des remontées et à leur traitement.Mettre à jour les indicateurs clés KPI et les supports visuels, pour une communication claire et engageante.Mettre en œuvre et assurer les audits : ISO, 5S, etc.Suivre les plans d’action d’amélioration continue et garantir le respect des délais.Assurer la fiabilité et la pérennité des systèmes et fichiers d’amélioration continue.💡 Ce que nous recherchons :Une personne curieuse, rigoureuse et orientée résultats.Une capacité à fédérer autour du changement, avec un esprit collaboratif.Une maîtrise des outils d’analyse et de gestion de projet.
🎓 Profil recherché :Formation : Bac +5 en ingénierie, amélioration continue ou domaine similaire.Expérience : Junior ou fraîchement diplômé(e).Excellentes compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles.Maîtrise des outils bureautiques : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Bon niveau en français et en anglais.📍 Lieu : Tanger
