Misiunea postului: Coordonarea activității de productie specifica unei statii de betoane, asigurand producerea si livrarea betoanelor in conformitate cu standardele de calitate solicitate de clienti

Responsabilitati specifice:

• Sa asigure coordonarea activitatii de producere a betonului la parametrii ceruti de clienti cu respectarea normelor in vigoare – sub directa indrumarea a managerului de productie betoane
• Sa gestioneze performanțele fluxului de producere beton asigurând îndeplinirea indicatorilor stabiliți de performanță (KPI-s) specifici
• Sa programeze, urmăreasca, optimizeze costurile și sa propuna managerului de productie planuri de masuri pentru eficientizarea activitatii
• Sa intocmeasca rapoarte de productie specific si documente specific solicitate din productia de betoane
• Sa coordoneze buna organizare a fluxurilor de circulatie in cadrul statiei cu respectarea procedurilor
• Sa asigure – impreuna cu managerul de productie betoane – planificarea resurselor umane pentru ca productia sa fie livrata la timp si cu respectarea standardelor de calitate cerute

Profilul candidatului ideal:

• Studii superioare tehnice finalizate – constituie avantaj facultate cu profil de constructii
• Experienta profesionala 1-3 ani
• Constituie avantaj experiență ca inginer in productie industriala sau proiecte de constructii
• Experienta MS Office
• Permis de conducere – B
• Engleza – nivel mediu
