- Du planst und priorisierst die operativen und vorbeugenden Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen mit dem Schwerpunkt Mechanik
- Du koordinierst die mechanische und elektrische Instandsetzung, Wartung und Inspektion von Produktionsanlagen
- Du führst Projekte zur Modifikation oder zum Neubau von Anlagen bzw. Anlagenteilen im Team Adjustage/Logistik durch
- Du unterstützt bei der Störungsbeseitigung und betreibst Ursachenanalyse mit dem Schwerpunkt der mechanischen Anlagenteile
- Du führst eigene KVP-Projekte durch und wirkst bei anderen Projekten mit
- Du identifizierst Abweichungen bei KPIs und leitest konkrete Gegenmaßnahmen ein
- Auch die Schulung und Unterweisung von Kollegen:innen zählt zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Die Einhaltung von Arbeits- und Betriebsanweisungen sowie gesetzlicher Vorgaben hat für Dich höchste Priorität
- Auch Sonderaufgaben im Rahmen betrieblicher Erfordernisse können in Deinen Aufgabenbereich fallen
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau oder ähnlicher Fachrichtung
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, Ursachen-Wirkungs-Zusammenhänge herzustellen
- Du kannst Dich selbst als flexibel und belastbar bezeichnen
- Die Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen auf verschiedenen Ebenen fällt Dir leicht
- Eine selbständige und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus
