Could you be the full-time Quality Control Inspector – Signalling & Electromechanical Systems in Abidjan we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and detail-oriented team of professionals.

You'll ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and normative requirements for railway signalling and depot equipment installations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business , perform inspections and audits, and ensure full traceability of quality verifications, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of reviewing technical documentation and conducting on-site inspections, but also support the resolution of non-conformities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Verifying execution procedures, execution plans, and calculation notes within your scope

  • Reviewing installation, testing, and adjustment procedures

  • Inspecting signalling and depot equipment works on-site

  • Performing dimensional measurements, geometric verifications, and appearance checks

  • Auditing contractors and subcontractors for compliance

  • Identifying and formalizing non-conformities, classifying their criticality, and ensuring corrective actions are effective

  • Maintaining detailed records of inspections, non-conformities, and progress

  • Participating in coordination meetings and archiving compliance evidence

  • A degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Railway Signalling Systems, or Systems Engineering (Bac +3 to Bac +5)

  • Experience or understanding of quality control, non-conformity management, and inspection plans

  • Knowledge of railway signalling systems and depot equipment installations

  • Familiarity with quality audits and site process inspections

  • A strong commitment to safety and HSE compliance

  • Excellent communication skills to diplomatically address quality concerns

  • Ability to work autonomously in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
