Job Description

Buscamos Ingenieros/as de proceso para el Tren de Bandas en Caliente, el Tren de Chapa y el Sínter con capacidad de análisis y enfoque a la optimización y mejora continua de los procesos siderúrgicos mediante el análisis técnico, el control de parámetros operativos y la implantación de mejoras que aseguren la calidad del producto, la eficiencia productiva, la seguridad y el cumplimiento de los estándares medioambientales.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Analizar y controlar los parámetros de proceso en las distintas etapas de producción.
  • Proponer e implementar mejoras tecnológicas y operativas orientadas a:
    • Incrementar la productividad y el rendimiento.
    • Reducir consumos energéticos, costes y mermas.
    • Mejorar la calidad del producto final.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de indicadores clave de proceso (KPIs) y elaborar informes técnicos.
  • Colaborar en la definición de planes de producción, cambios de grado/calidad y arranques/paradas.
  • Participar en la resolución de incidencias técnicas y análisis de causas raíz.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con Producción, Mantenimiento, Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.
  • Apoyar técnicamente la implantación de nuevos equipos, tecnologías o productos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad, medioambiente y calidad.
  • Participar en auditorías internas, ensayos industriales y validaciones de proceso.
  • Contribuir a la estandarización de procedimientos y buenas prácticas operativas.

REQUISITOS MINIMOS:

  • Ingeniería (Industrial, Metalúrgica, Materiales, Química o similar).
  • Experiencia de, al menos, 5 años trabajando en un entorno siderúrgico o industrial
  • Valorable formación de posgrado en siderurgia, materiales o procesos industriales.
  • Valorable formación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
  • Capacidad de análisis
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo
  • Capacidad para trabajar en entorno industrial
  • Perseverante en las acciones y tareas
  • Capacidad para comunicarse con fluidez en inglés.
  • Dominio de herramientas informáticas de análisis.
