Supervisar en campo el cumplimiento de los requisitos de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente durante la ejecución del Proyecto Arreglo de Infraestructura Muelle 03, verificando la aplicación de los controles críticos, permisos de trabajo, análisis de riesgos, cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y procedimientos de SIDERPERÚ, asegurando la trazabilidad de las inspecciones, el seguimiento de hallazgos y la emisión oportuna de reportes e indicadores SSOMA.
Supervisar permanentemente en campo las condiciones de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente en todos los frentes activos del proyecto.
Verificar antes del inicio de actividades críticas la existencia y conformidad de permisos de trabajo, APR/PT, delimitación de áreas, señalización, rutas de evacuación, equipos de emergencia y controles críticos aplicables.
Ejecutar Inspecciones de Frente de Servicio (IFS), inspecciones inopinadas y recorridos preventivos, registrando hallazgos, evidencias y acciones correctivas.
Verificar la correcta implementación de controles críticos para trabajos en altura, trabajos en caliente, LOTO, izajes, espacios confinados, excavaciones y actividades en entorno portuario.
Registrar, clasificar y efectuar seguimiento a los hallazgos SSOMA, incidentes, cuasi incidentes y eventos de alto potencial hasta verificar su cierre.
Elaborar indicadores (KPIs), dashboard semanal, reportes diarios y mensuales relacionados con la gestión SSOMA del servicio.
Coordinar permanentemente con SIDERPERÚ, contratistas y el equipo SGS para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, contractuales y operacionales del servicio.
Establecer los procedimientos de trabajo seguro en el proyecto, velar por el fiel cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad establecidos en proyecto, responsable de implementar lineamientos SSOMA de MBM en proyecto
