El/la Ingeniero/a Senior de Calidad es un profesional con experiencia comprobada en sistemas de calidad, responsable de liderar actividades técnicas complejas relacionadas con cumplimiento regulatorio, validaciones, análisis de riesgo, control de procesos y mejora continua. Este rol actúa como referente técnico dentro del área, brinda soporte avanzado a manufactura, lidera investigaciones de alto impacto y participa activamente en auditorías regulatorias y proyectos de transferencia o introducción de nuevos productos.
Requisitos minimos
Lic en Ingenieria Industrial
Dominio del lenguaje Ingles intermedio con habilidad de comprender conversaciones del negocio y escribir respuestas claramente.
3-5 años de experiencia en la industria de dispositivos médicos, farmacéutica o áreas afines (alimentos, auto, textiles)
Experiencia demostrada en validaciones, CAPA, auditorías, análisis de riesgo y QMS
Conocimiento avanzado de paquetes Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)
Conocimiento de la Interpretación de planos, tolerancias, especificaciones y documentación técnica.
