Resumen
Provides digital business solutions for Beer Division Operations’ ecosystem of integrated software applications. In support of CBI’s Digital Manufacturing Transformation this role will focus on the implementation and life-cycle support of Quality, Manufacturing, Maintenance and Operations applications across all CBI breweries. This role will work within a multidisciplinary functional team, ensuring business stakeholder alignment with technology capability, development and delivery. The scope includes management and orchestration of end-to-end software development including requirement gathering and analysis, design, implementation, QA testing and validation, delivery and life-cycle maintenance. Applies knowledge of technologies, applications, methods, processes and tools to support business stakeholders and achievement of ROI from technology.
Responsabilidades
1. Analyze, design, test, implement, and support applications as part of the Digital Manufacturing applications strategy, enabling industrial operations across functional capabilities (Quality, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Services, etc.)
2. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (technical and non-technical team members) to gather and prioritize business and technical requirements and translate them into deployable and scalable application solutions. Must be able to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and work across a broad range of business, change management and IT related subject-matter areas to drive technology adoption and ROI.
3. Support and continuously improve deployed applications. Provide outstanding customer service and keep related commitments for assigned tasks. Analyze process issues to make improvements and/or identify and implement corrective action.
4. Convert complex roadmap features into agile user stories, identify workloads and develop a feasible and executable release plan. Execute against the plan.
5. Prepare and report Applications program status to stakeholders at all levels and areas of the organization.
6. Manage and track the deployment cycle of the applications to identify roadblocks, dependencies, owners, timeline, risks, success criteria and best practices. Assign tasks, coordinate team efforts, and review/approve completed work. Develop, modify, and/or provide input to release plans to achieve or surpass objectives. Coordinate and integrate project activities to
ensure smooth progress and tangible results. Participate in all phases of the application implementation lifecycle (e.g. planning, analysis, scoping, design, development, test, cutover, migration and support).
7. Manage and supervise the vendor implementation team to understand resources, roles, and responsibilities. Track executed work and raise/escalate any possible roadblocks and deviations from CBI standards.
8. Write clear and well-structured business requirements including release scope and solution design and documentation. Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
9. Closely collaboration with the Business Intelligence to define reporting requirements. Track BI reporting products for conformity with requirements, completeness, implementation/end-user delivery.
10. Prepare training and create a knowledge base that end-users can access during and after the solution implementation.
