Responsabilidades principales

  • Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes industriales en su territorio asignado.
  • Promover soluciones ContiTech en:
    • Mangueras Hidraulicas
    • Mangueras Industriales
  • Brindar asesoría técnica especializada para selección de productos según:
  • Detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y aplicaciones industriales.
  • Realizar visitas técnicas y comerciales a clientes, distribuidores e integradores.
  • Elaborar cotizaciones, propuestas técnicas y seguimiento de proyectos.
  • Coordinar con áreas internas: ingeniería, servicio al cliente, logística y operaciones.
  • Dar soporte postventa y atención a reclamos técnicos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas, margen y crecimiento.
  • Registrar y actualizar actividades comerciales en el Sales Force
  • Cumplir con políticas internas, calidad, seguridad y compliance.

Qualifications

Requisitos académicos

  • Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica o afín.
  • Deseable experiencia en campo en el segmento de Minería e Industrial

Experiencia requerida

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en ventas técnicas
  • Experiencia comprobable en:
    • Mangueras Hidraulicas e Industriales
  • Experiencia atendiendo clientes
  • Manejo de territorios y trabajo en campo.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Levantamientos técnicos,
  • Conocimientos básicos en compuestos de hule
  • Lectura de especificaciones técnicas y hojas de datos.
  • Aplicaciones industriales (manufactura, minería, energía, construcción, alimentos, etc.).
  • Uso de CRM y herramientas de Office (especialmente Excel).
  • Inglés técnico intermedio.

  • Capacidad de análisis técnico–comercial.
  • Habilidad de negociación y cierre de ventas.
  • Comunicación efectiva con clientes técnicos y no técnicos.

  • Alta disponibilidad para viajar.
