FUNCIONES:
·Implementar y dar seguimiento a los programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos e instalaciones
· Diagnosticar y corregir problemas y fallas técnicas de equipos e instalaciones
· Cumplir con las Reglas de Trabajo y Normas de Conducta de Categoría Uno y Categoría 2 de Four Seasons
· Trabajar armónica y profesionalmente con compañeros de trabajo y supervisores de su mismo departamento y otros departamentos
· Responder a las llamadas de los huéspedes en relación con el mantenimiento y equipos en las habitaciones o en el área pública de manera oportuna
· Responda a todas las condiciones de emergencia tales como incendios, fallas de energía, y fallas en los equipos principales que mantienen los servicios básicos del hotel
· Mantener el orden y la limpieza en todo momento dando cumplimiento a las normas de seguridad e higiene en el trabajo establecida en el país.
