REQUISITOS DEL PERFIL
Formación: Ingeniero titulado (Colegiatura no indispensable) o Técnico con amplia trayectoria.
Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia general, con enfoque específico en controles operativos e implementación de sistemas de gestión HSE en plantas industriales.
Especializaciones Requeridas:
Leyes de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente.
Normas internacionales (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
Certificaciones Críticas (Indispensable adjuntar sustento):
Capacitación certificada en Trabajos de Alto Riesgo (Riesgo eléctrico, altura, espacios confinados, izaje de cargas y trabajos en caliente).
Especialista en Andamios: Certificación acreditada en diseño, montaje estructural y asesoría técnica de andamios.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
Impartir inducciones, capacitaciones y reinducciones al personal operativo.
Supervisar trabajos de alto riesgo en campo de forma continua.
Verificar el cumplimiento de los planes de seguridad y protocolos ambientales.
Elaborar reportes diarios y finales de gestión HSE.
Reconocimiento previo de áreas de planta para identificación de riesgos asociados.
CONDICIONES LABORALES
Lugar de Trabajo: Chilca (Sur de Lima). Se requiere residir en la localidad durante el servicio.
Régimen: 6x1
Horario: 07:30 - 19:30.
