MISIÓN DEL PUESTO
Dar asistencia a las incidencias, cambios y otras solicitudes generadas en las instalaciones de automatización industrial de cliente de Vanderlande, y participar adicionalmente en mejoras, preventivos y otros productos de servicio.
ÁMBITOS DE ACTUACIÓN Y RESPONSABILIDADES
Gestion Incidencias
Dar soporte técnico especializado ante incidencias y problemas en las instalaciones. Gestión y seguimiento de las incidencias y problemas: coordinación de acciones con partners y otros grupos de soporte técnico de Vanderlande y reporte al cliente. Liderazgo técnico y de gestión en determinada/s especialidades tecnológicas, siendo referente en ellas para el equipo en lo que respecta el análisis de problemas avanzados, gestión de mejoras y consultoría para el diseño, formaciones al resto del equipo así como a clientes, documentación del knowhow, etc…
