¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?
Deseamos conocer perfiles con al menos 2 años de experiencia en soporte de soluciones y productos TI.
FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA
Ingeniero Técnico o Superior en Informática/Telecomunicaciones, Formación Profesional Técnica, o similar.
FUNCIONES
Soporte sobre las funcionalidades del producto.
Soporte Plataforma TI.
Atención telefónica y electrónica a los clientes usuarios del producto.
Análisis e identificación de incidencias.
Pruebas del SW.
Recepción, registro y seguimiento de incidencias.
Adaptabilidad de horarios, para poder hacer turnos de mañana (empezando entre 6 y 7 a.m. en función de la necesidad) y servicios de guardia.
CAPACIDADES, CONOCIMIENTOS Y EXPERIENCIA
Trabajo en equipo.
Buen trato con el cliente.
Capacidad de análisis de incidencias y realización de pruebas del producto.
Conocimientos de plataformas Windows.
Manejo de bases de datos: Oracle, TOAD, scripts, etc.
