Job Description:

Ingeniero/a de Oficina Técnica

  • Gestionar, revisar y controlar la información técnica y documental necesaria para la correcta ejecución del proyecto, asegurando que planos, especificaciones, procedimientos, cubicaciones, consultas y modificaciones de ingeniería se encuentren actualizados, aprobados y alineados con las exigencias contractuales y normativas.
  • El cargo contribuye directamente al cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad, plazo y costo, proporcionando soporte técnico a terreno, anticipando interferencias y resguardando la trazabilidad de las decisiones y cambios del proyecto.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Revisar planos, especificaciones técnicas, memorias, procedimientos y antecedentes de ingeniería antes de su ejecución.
  • Gestionar consultas técnicas o RFI, realizando seguimiento hasta su respuesta y cierre formal.
  • Elaborar y validar cubicaciones, mediciones y respaldos para estados de pago y control de costos.
  • Coordinar cambios de ingeniería y evaluar sus impactos técnicos, operacionales, económicos y contractuales.
  • Proporcionar soporte técnico a los equipos de construcción y resolver restricciones que puedan afectar la continuidad de los trabajos.

Formación académica

Título profesional universitario de:

  • Ingeniería Civil.
  • Ingeniería Civil en Obras Civiles.
  • Ingeniería en Construcción.
  • Construcción Civil.
  • Otra carrera equivalente vinculada con la construcción y gestión de proyectos

Experiencia requerida

  • Experiencia comprobable en Oficina Técnica, Ingeniería, Planificación, Producción, Control de Proyectos o funciones equivalentes en obras de infraestructura de alta complejidad.

Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en:

  • Proyectos ferroviarios o Metro.
  • Túneles y obras subterráneas.
  • Obras civiles de gran escala.
  • Minería, concesiones o contratos EPC.
  • Gestión de consultas técnicas.
  • Cubicaciones y estados de pago.
  • Control de cambios.
  • Coordinación BIM.
  • Administración documental y contractual.

Conocimientos computacionales

  • Microsoft Excel avanzado.
  • Microsoft Word y PowerPoint intermedio o avanzado.
  • AutoCAD intermedio o avanzado.
  • Primavera P6 o Microsoft Project.
  • SAP u otro ERP equivalente.
  • Power BI, nivel intermedio deseable.
  • Herramientas BIM como Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 o Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Plataformas de gestión documental como Aconex, SharePoint o ProjectWise.

Competencias técnicas

  • Interpretación de planos y documentación de ingeniería.
  • Cubicación y medición de obras.
  • Planificación y control de proyectos.
  • Gestión de cambios y desviaciones.
  • Administración contractual.
