Bachelor's Degree Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or 2 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Position PurposeEnsure the availability of services, production equipment, and facilities, and/or cafeteria and transportation, through the coordination of maintenance, operations, and suppliers, providing efficient solutions to the company's requirements.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
  1. Ensure the continuous operation and availability of services and equipment through the coordination of maintenance, suppliers, and operations, where activities may involve one or more of these functions.
  2. Drive improvement strategies that enhance the employee experience while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and legal requirements, as applicable, and monitor performance (KPIs), budget, and internal customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:
  1. Shift Availability.
  2. Microsoft Office.
  3. 2 years of experience with CMMS maintenance system (IE, Maximo, MP2, Infor).
  4. Strong adaptability and collaboration.
  5. Teamwork skills.
  6. Strong customer service attitude.
  7. English spoken and written 85%.
  8. Communication skills.
  9. Project Management mid to high impact (Safety, quality, cost).
  10. Knowledge in equipment and building maintenance.
  11. Knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  12. Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.
  13. Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).
  14. Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.
  15. Use of measuring and control equipment and/or Customer service Knowledge of services, transportation, and cafeteria operations.
