Hexcel is currently seeking a Laboratory Engineer (replacement) for our Parla location (Spain).

The selected individual will be responsible for, but not limited, to the following obligations:

• Manage the Phys-chem and mechanical lab to achieve certification targets
• Maintain and upgrade GLIMS as needed
• Support the plant, customers or other Hexcel sites in all issues related to results or lab testing
• Coordinate continuous training of lab technicians and lab new recruitments
• Review customer and internal specifications related to testing, and release test requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience as group coordinator
• Degree in Chemistry or Engineering
• Experience in Composite testing
• English speaking
• Advanced level in data software’s (Microsoft, Minitab)
