Resolver problemas mediante el uso de métodos y procedimientos de prueba de investigación para la determinación de causa raíz.
Redactar informes de investigación completos y claros que cumplan con los requisitos reglamentarios.
Garantizar que la investigación de las quejas se complete de manera oportuna.
Escalar los problemas críticos según sea necesario con equipos interdisciplinarios por ejemplo pero no limitado a los siguiente: Manufactura, Calidad de Proveedores, Investigación & Desarrollo, y Diseño.
Apoya proyectos de investigación que impulsan la seguridad del producto, la calidad del producto y la satisfacción del cliente.
Puede desarrollar procedimientos y métodos para investigar productos, materiales, componentes y/o calidad operativa.
Demuestra un conocimiento sólido de los productos de infusión, su ensamble, cómo se usan y cómo se mantienen.
Realiza otras tareas relacionadas según lo requiera el Supervisor.
Requisitos:
2 a 3 años en puestos similares
Titulo universitario (indispensable) en; Ingeniería Electrónica, Mecatrónica o afín.
Ingles conversacional Avanzado.
Experiencia en industria médica (deseable)
Habilidades técnicas en Electrónica para desarrollar métodos de prueba de componentes electrónicos y mecánicos para la inspección, prueba análisis e interpretación de resultados.
Capacidad de interpretación de diagramas y esquemáticos electrónicos.
