Oversee the planning and execution of new material qualifications for Card Body and Personalization products at the IZT site, ensuring alignment with corporate standards. Support the NPI Project Manager by defining qualification timelines, material and sample requirements, priorities, and risk mitigation strategies, while coordinating activities across the relevant functional areas. Throughout the qualification process, maintain documentation, track progress, coordinate material trials, and ensure compliance with technical, quality, and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain qualification timelines for new Card Body and Perso materials. Define deliverables, owners, required samples, and target dates.
Verify that material specifications, technical data sheets, samples, supplier information, and quality requirements are complete before starting the qualification.
Coordinate material trials with Quality, Production, CX, TC, Sales, and suppliers. Track test results, deviations, pending actions, and final approvals.
Identify risks related to material availability, specifications, quality, lead times, and validation results. Assign mitigation actions and escalate critical issues.
Maintain qualification status, documentation, test results, approvals, risks, and KPIs. Prepare updated information for weekly NPI qualification meetings.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent Business English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
At least one year of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, qualification activities, and continuous improvement.
