Requirements:
Must have:
Strong experience in backend development and man
Over 5 years of expertise in building microservices and API-based architectures
Over 5 years of experience developing and managing APIs and integrations
Hands-on experience with Azure services, Azure Functions, API Management
Strong knowledge and over 5 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation practices
Experience generating and maintaining test pipelines
Ability to work independently and proactively
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Design and develop backend solutions using microservices and APIs
Build and maintain Azure-based services, Functions, integrations, APIs
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployments and testing
Generate and execute test pipelines to ensure system quality
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of backend services
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in distributed systems
Collaborate with teams to define and deliver technical solutions
Continuously improve backend architecture and development practices
Maintain documentation for services, pipelines, and integrations
Ensure security and best practices in API and cloud development
Work proactively to identify risks and implement improvements in solutions

Location
Mexico (preference for a hybrid work model, but open to remote work)
Bogotá and surroundings (Hybrid), Rest of Colombia (Remote)
