Concordia Visiting Nurses is a Medicare-certified, state licensed, Medicaid approved home health agency operating in nine Western Pennsylvania counties. For well over a decade, Concordia Visiting Nurses has provided high-quality skilled nursing, palliative care, and a variety of therapy services to our patients. Infusion Registered Nurse (RN)

Do you have a passion for providing exceptional one-on-one patient care? Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a compassionate, skilled Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll provide specialized infusion therapy to patients in the comfort of their homes while building meaningful relationships and promoting positive patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do as an Infusion Registered Nurse:
• Administer IV medications, hydration, antibiotics, and specialty infusion therapies.
• Assess patients before, during, and after infusions for safety and effectiveness.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and provide appropriate interventions when necessary.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document care accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapies, medications, and disease management.
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Who you are as an Infusion Registered Nurse
• Previous infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Strong IV insertion and vascular access skills.
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently while managing a flexible schedule.
