  • Organize and participate in sales and promotional activities, including seminars, plant tours, trade shows, product demonstrations, and other industry events.
  • Deliver product training and technical presentations to end users, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate actively in trade organizations and industry networks to strengthen market awareness and promote solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the market, recommend growth strategies, and develop initiatives that increase sales within the territory.
  • Travel regularly throughout the territory to provide effective customer coverage and maintain strong relationships.
  • Requirements:

    • University degree or college diploma, ideally in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum 5 years of field sales experience within the waterworks, infrastructure, utilities, or a related industry; equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may also be considered.
    • Strong consultative selling abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to understand customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
    • Experience building and maintaining relationships with municipalities, engineering firms, distributors, contractors, or other infrastructure-sector stakeholders is an asset.
    • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to establish sales objectives, identify opportunities, and work toward measurable results.
    • Ability to work independently, manage a geographically dispersed territory, and maintain productivity while collaborating effectively with a broader team.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting products and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including effective territory planning, opportunity management, and follow-up.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Atlantic Canada, including Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary of approximately CAD $80,026–$110,009, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, achievements, and location.
      • Commission-based earning potential in addition to base compensation.
      • Company vehicle to support territory travel.
      • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
      • Retirement plan with up to a 5% company match
