Your role and responsibilities

• Receive and document IT issues and service requests reported by users
• Perform initial problem analysis and basic troubleshooting
• Resolve common operational issues (permission settings, account creation, password resets, etc.)
• Ensure user requests are responded to within SLA timeframes
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support following established procedures

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

• Strong communication skills and customer service abilities
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
• Basic documentation skills and knowledge base maintenance capabilities
• Strong English reading and writing proficiency
