Job Description

Our client is a leading insurance giant. They are looking for Infrastructure Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform project implementation on different networking, infrastructure solutions
  • Responsible to ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security
  • Provide 24x7 support for critical issues
  • Responsible to perform schedule maintenance and support release deployment activities
  • Enhance the cloud computing environments to provide a stable and cost-optimal environment for users
  • Provide technical support and maintenance of on Premise Infrastructure (Server, Storage. Database, Network) and Cloud Computing environment
  • Provide incident support and on-call service for the system and services
  • Develop and review the design of cloud-based IT solutions with focus on infrastructure and integration
  • Manage external vendors on project implementation and problem resolution
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any IT discipline
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, Network, Data Centre or Call Centre; More experience can be considered for Senior Engineer positions
  • Able to work independently, under work pressure and outside standard working hours
  • Strong sense of responsibility and can-do attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese
