YOUR ROLE

  • Manage and maintain NetApp storage environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Administer SAN and NAS infrastructures (iSCSI, NFS, SMB), optimizing capacity and system efficiency.
  • Configure, operate, and optimize Commvault backup and recovery solutions.
  • Monitor storage and backup infrastructure to ensure stability, reliability, and proactive issue detection.
  • Provide Level 3 support, resolving complex incidents and maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date technical documentation.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field, with 5 and 10 years in a similar role.
  • Strong experience in storage administration, ideally with NetApp technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of backup environments, especially Commvault.
  • Good understanding of Windows Server and Linux environments.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and customer‑oriented.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and document effectively.
  • High level of autonomy, rigor, and ability to effectively manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in French and good command in English.
