ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now looking for an Infrastructure Specialist with a strong focus on Cloud Platforms to join our Infrastructure & Operations team. In this role, you will help shape and develop our global infrastructure landscape, with a focus on cloud architecture, governance, security, performance, and optimization.
You will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders across the organization and play an important role in driving scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions.
The position can be based in Örnsköldsvik or Stockholm and reports to the Head of Infrastructure & Operations. The role includes required travel.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In more detail you will focus on the following:
Shape and drive the roadmap for our infrastructure and cloud platforms
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure solutions in Azure and hybrid environments
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, including governance, performance, availability, and cost control
Own and develop central infrastructure services such as networking, servers, firewalls, and monitoring solutions
Drive infrastructure-related projects, platform improvements, troubleshooting, and technical upgrades
Collaborate with tech and business teams to implement efficient and future-proof infrastructure solutions
Coordinate operations and vendor collaboration with external partners and service providers
Define and maintain infrastructure standards, documentation, and best practices across the organization.
WHO YOU ARE
We think you could be a great match for the position if you possess the following traits and capabilities:
You have at least 5 years of experience in IT and 3 years of experience working with hybrid infrastructure and cloud platform solutions.
You have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and enterprise-scale cloud environments
You understand cloud architecture, governance, networking, and security principles
You are comfortable working with infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
You combine technical expertise with business understanding to drive effective solutions
You are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
You enjoy collaborating across teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
You are curious, proactive, and motivated by continuous learning and new technologies
