We are looking for a Service Delivery Engineer to support the delivery of our software-based network solutions, with a primary focus on telecom site infrastructure.

This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the digital representation of infrastructure assets (power, space, cooling, connectivity), ensuring data accuracy, and enabling analysis that supports network planning and operations.

The position works cross-functionally with transport, backhaul, and optical teams to contribute to an integrated view of the network

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and continuously improve the digital model of site infrastructure and transport networking (power, cooling, batteries, physical assets, transport technologies)
• Monitor and validate infrastructure data from multiple sources (e.g., SNMP, Modbus, other integrations)
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies (drift) between systems and real network conditions
• Perform capacity and efficiency analysis (e.g., power usage, space, energy optimization)
• Support feasibility analysis for new sites and network expansions
• Contribute to end-to-end service analysis in coordination with transport and network teams
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights to technical and business stakeholders

Requirements

Technical knowledge required

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in telecom infrastructure or network environments
• Understanding of telecom site infrastructure (power, cooling, physical assets)
• Basic knowledge of network domains (transport, backhaul, or optical)
• Experience working with data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with technical teams
• English: ability to read and understand technical documentation

Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring protocols (SNMP, Modbus)
• Experience in transport technologies such as Microwaves, IP/MPLS, Optics (DWDM) and others
• Familiarity with digital twin or network inventory systems
• Experience with energy efficiency metrics (e.g., PUE)

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The role may require occasional travel.
