The Infrastructure Reliability Engineer drives the Smart Maintenance program and Digital Infrastructure Optimization. This role enhances system reliability, optimizes energy performance, and ensures the safety of all utility systems and plant infrastructure. Leveraging technical expertise and data analytics, this role transforms maintenance from reactive to Predictive & Proactive.

1. Data Analytics & Equipment Reliability Management

  • Processes real-time telemetry from smart sensors (vibration, power, pressure, temperature, flow) on essential infrastructure.
  • Identifies anomalies early, forecasts component life, and proposes preventive solutions using data visualization.
  • Leads Root Cause Analysis (RCA/FMEA) using historical data to standardize early warning scenarios.

2. Utility Systems Management & Optimization

  • Enhances performance for key systems, including Compressed Air, HVAC, Power Distribution, and Water Treatment.
  • Standardizes maintenance plans on SAP-EAM, shifting from time-based to Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM).
  • Analyzes smart meter data to execute improvement projects that reduce energy and carbon emissions.

3. Operational Safety, Compliance & Sustainability

  • Ensures infrastructure equipment complies with safety standards, including Machine Safety and LOTO.
  • Ensures systems and measurement equipment comply with global standards and local regulations.

4. System Integration & Capability Development

  • Coordinates with Production, Maintenance, EHS, and QA teams to achieve system reliability.
  • Trains technicians in digital data utilization, troubleshooting, and Autonomous Maintenance.

You're our potential candidate

  • Education: Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Thermal Engineering/Automation, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years in operating/maintaining electrical systems or predictive maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Digital Readiness: Mindset and experience with Data Analytics, IoT/Smart Sensors, or operational data management.
  • System thinking and Learning agility
