Infrastructure Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex transportation infrastructure projects from concept through implementation and operational handover. Projects may include tram track renewals and extensions, sustainable depot developments, and next-generation public transport facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through execution and commissioning.
- Lead multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams consisting of internal specialists and external partners.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Drive innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives within projects.
- Manage project administration, reporting, and governance activities.
- Negotiate and collaborate with municipalities, utility providers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulations, and organizational requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, engineering, or construction environments.
- Experience coordinating complex stakeholder networks and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong project planning, risk management, and budget management skills.
- Experience working within large organizations and complex governance structures.
- Knowledge of sustainable infrastructure and innovation practices.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
