We are looking for an
Infrastructure Operations Engineer
to join our team and ensure the stability, scalability, and security of mission-critical payment platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining hybrid infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments, administering systems, and driving continuous improvement through automation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• 
  Operate and maintain hybrid infrastructure supporting multiple platforms

• 
  Administer and troubleshoot Linux (primarily) and Windows systems across cloud and on-premises environments

• 
  Manage system patching, upgrades, lifecycle management, and monitoring

• 
  Ensure stability, scalability, and compliance of mission-critical payment platforms

• 
  Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem resolution

• 
  Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and documentation practices

• 
  Collaborate with Platform Engineering to test and adopt new technologies

• 
  Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support of critical systems

Requirements

• 
  Strong background in
  Linux administration
  (Windows knowledge is a plus)

• 
  Hands-on experience supporting
  production infrastructure
  in
  AWS
  or
  GCP

• 
  Familiarity with
  Infrastructure as Code tools
  (Terraform, Ansible)

• 
  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• 
  Experience with
  patching, lifecycle management, and monitoring tools

• 
  ​
  Polish and English, fluent working proficiency

Nice to Have

• 
  Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

• 
  Experience with
  Kubernetes
  and
  Docker

• 
  Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins)

• 
  Experience in regulated or
  PCI-compliant environments

  Understanding of
  ITIL processes
  and service management
