Could you be the full-time Infrastructure Maintenance Project Manager in Saint-Ouen we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply for infrastrcuture maintenance project management. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll lead and oversee the successful execution of maintenance projects, ensuring optimal performance and high-quality delivery. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (**construction, operations, procurement, and quality assurance**), engage with clients and partners, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of establishing robust maintenance strategies and ensuring contractual performance targets, but also managing risks and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
We’ll look to you for:
Actively participating in maintenance contract finalization and optimizing QCD levers during the tender stage (BTM role - bid technical manager)
Defining and implementing the maintenance organization, processes, and systems during the mobilization stage
Leading the maintenance team to deliver performance targets, ensuring quality, safety, and cost efficiency
Overseeing the handover process from construction to maintenance and addressing warranty issues
Driving continuous improvement and developing improvement strategies for the business
Managing relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations
Identifying and mitigating risks while maximizing opportunities for savings
Leading work package reviews, gate reviews, and decision-making processes at the project level
Providing leadership to the project team and ensuring alignment with Alstom’s values and processes
