As a daa Infrastructure Graduate, you will help deliver the infrastructure that keeps Ireland connected to the world. From expanding airfields and terminals to delivering major civil engineering and sustainability projects, you will contribute to some of Ireland's most significant infrastructure developments across Dublin and Cork Airports. Working in a live operational environment, you will gain exposure to complex projects that support future growth, enhance connectivity, and improve the passenger experience.

Graduates will join the Early Careers Community, a network of interns, apprentices, and second-year graduates, offering opportunities to learn, collaborate, and build professional connections across the business.

Over this two-year fixed-term contract, you'll work within our Infrastructure team, contributing to major projects across Dublin and Cork Airports, including airfield and terminal expansions, civil engineering works, transport infrastructure, and sustainability initiatives.

As a daa Infrastructure Graduate, you will continue to build expertise within your specialism, gaining hands-on experience in areas which may include project delivery, strategy, advisory services, contracts, programme controls, governance, health and safety, quality assurance, and technical services. Working in a live operational aviation environment, you will collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders across the business, contributing to capital projects that are shaping the future of Ireland's aviation infrastructure.

Areas you may gain exposure includes:

• Civil Airfield Development - Contributing to major airfield infrastructure projects, including Ireland's first airport runway underpass, while developing your technical and problem-solving skills on complex engineering challenges.
• Piers & Terminal Development - Supporting the design and delivery of terminal and pier developments that enhance capacity and create a world-class passenger experience.
• Access & Connectivity Improvements - Working alongside Planning and Strategy teams on projects that improve airport accessibility, strengthen connectivity, and support long-term growth.
• Sustainability & Safety - Helping ensure safety and sustainability are embedded in every stage of infrastructure development, supporting daa's environmental ambitions and future-ready infrastructure goals.

• Hold (or be expecting) a 2.1 degree or higher in Civil/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related Construction discipline.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of engineering, construction, or infrastructure principles gained through your studies or project work.
• Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate information and make sound decisions.
