Responsibilities

The Role:

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will:

• Operate, troubleshoot, and improve network services across multiple sites
• Configure and support enterprise-level networking equipment and security systems
• Investigate and manage network and security alerts, ensuring clear incident documentation
• Support and enhance Microsoft infrastructure and endpoint management
• Deliver infrastructure upgrades and manage lifecycle projects
• Provide technical escalation and collaborate with service providers to restore services
• Maintain comprehensive network documentation and apply security principles

Requirements

The Candidate:

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer who:

• Has 3-5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, networking, or security operations
• Understands TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting
• Has hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls, VPNs, and secure remote access
• Is experienced with Microsoft server and endpoint technologies
• Can use monitoring tools and perform log analysis for fault isolation
• Is comfortable working with third-party support providers and vendors
• Possesses clear documentation skills and can communicate technical risks effectively
