Purpose of the role
To build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, using hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms as required with the aim of ensuring that the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure. Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of the systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response.

To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Hands on experience in supporting ReflectionMSSHAC infrastructure.
Hands on experience in Windows system administration and scripting knowledge.
Hands on experience supporting a Windows based production and development infrastructure.
Experience in supporting applications in the Cloud environment Virtual platform.
Familiar with vendor technologies – Micro Focus, Rocket, Windows, OpenText, Mainframe.
Hands on experience in Verastream automation tools and java expertise.
Prepared to work directly with users troubleshooting connectivity issues via email, chat, or ticketing system
Provide continuous monitoring and maintenance of applications and infrastructures to ensure critical host-based and core business applications remain accessible, secure, and fully integrated with modern platforms

Able to communicate effectively with users from different countries and management levels
Responsible for critical support and SLAs of the RESCAT 0 Estate supporting over 22,000 global users, as well as other critical systems in the US
Work on Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management (IPC)
Provide Weekend/On-Call work for repetitive tasks such as patching, server reboots, certificate renewals, supporting software upgrades (MQ, Autosys, DB2 Client), DCR tests.

This role is based in Pune office.
