Location: New York, NY (Onsite 3–5 days/week)
Compensation: $180,000 - $235,000 + equity

The Role
Our client is hiring their first Infrastructure Engineer to build and scale the foundational systems powering their AI automation platform. You will own critical infrastructure supporting production workloads across intake, clinical documentation, and revenue cycle management—ensuring reliability, security, performance, and compliance as the company scales from one client to dozens.
This is a systems-oriented role with broad scope. You’ll work across container orchestration, data systems, deployment automation, and observability. Over time, you’ll help set the technical vision for the infrastructure layer and define operational best practices that allow engineering to ship faster and more reliably.
