Job Description


•
Monitors ticketing queue and responds to service requests or incidents.
• Maintains, monitors, and supports IT infrastructure including servers, virtualization, Email, AD
,voice, end point security ,network switches & firewalls
• Provides support for connectivity or related network/communication issues for end user.
• Diagnoses and resolves complex hardware, software and connectivity problems.
• Identifies problems and optimizes performance, as needed.
• Performs routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as backups, patch
management and hot fixes.
• Troubleshoots problems by analyzing root causes and evaluating multiple options.
• Recommends procedures and controls for problem resolution or creates temporary solutions
until permanent solutions can be implemented.
• Analyzes audit trails to detect systematic security violations.
• Ensures adherence to security requirements.
• Tests and executes backup and disaster recovery for infrastructure solutions.
• Documents all IT Infrastructure related services and keep tracking for any configuration
changes and update documents accordingly.
• Evaluate future technologies and make recommendations for software and hardware
upgrades.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree ofComputer engineering , Computer science.

  • 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure field (System & Network
    administration).

  • Strong experience in information systems and technology including
    virtualization, messaging, networking & security with proven certifications.

  • Have working experience in networking including switches
    and routers.

  • Have working experience in security including firewalls and end point security.

  • Have working experience in servers
    operating systems including Windows Server and virtualization technology.
