About this Role


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support end-to-end infrastructure deployment and access management activities across production and non-production environments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring stable, compliant, and timely delivery of infrastructure and access-related changes, while working closely with operations teams, service owners, and stakeholders across global markets.

What you will do


Manage end-to-end deployment activities including planning, coordination, execution, validation, and rollback across environments.Provide post-deployment operational support to ensure system stability and service continuity.Act as a central point of coordination between operations, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, managing deployment communications and escalations.Support continuous improvement by standardising deployment processes, improving documentation, and identifying automation opportunities.Monitor service performance, track SLAs and KPIs, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.Manage and fulfil infrastructure engineering user access requests, including provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning, in line with approved governance processes and SLAs.

Who you are


You bring 4+ years of experience in IT Operations, Change Management, Release Management, or Incident Management.You have hands-on experience supporting end-to-end deployment lifecycles in complex environments.You understand access management, security controls, and compliance requirements within regulated organisations.You are comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and working effectively during time-critical deployment windows.You demonstrate strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.You have experience working with globally distributed delivery teams.
