THE WORK:
- You'll develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for complex transportation and infrastructure projects.
- You'll review and analyze baseline schedules to ensure logical sequencing, proper resource loading, and compliance with contract requirements.
- You'll perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and evaluate schedule delays, changes, and claims in accordance with industry best practices.
- You'll monitor schedule performance and identify potential schedule risks, critical path impacts, and mitigation strategies.
- You'll coordinate with project managers, construction managers, engineers, and contractors to validate schedule assumptions and progress updates.
- You'll review contractor schedules, recovery schedules, and schedule updates for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with specifications.
- You'll provide schedule reporting including critical path analysis, float evaluation, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- You'll support monthly progress meetings by presenting schedule status, impacts, and recommended corrective actions.
- You'll assist in developing schedule narratives, schedule risk assessments, and schedule recovery plans to support project objectives.
- You'll ensure integration of multiple project components—including tunneling operations, rail systems, structures, and roadway improvements—within the overall program schedule.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'll NEED:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of scheduling experience on large civil projects
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience with P6 Scheduling Program
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Construction Management or Business or other related field is desirable
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Strong experience with transportation infrastructure projects, including transit, tunneling, highways, and heavy civil construction
- Demonstrated experience performing Time Impact Analysis and delay analysis
- Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) scheduling principles
- Experience reviewing baseline schedules, schedule updates, recovery schedules, and contractor submissions
- Ability to analyze schedule performance and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present schedule analysis to project leadership and stakeholders
- Professional certifications such as Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) or AACE certification
- Experience working with public agencies such as transportation authorities, transit agencies, or DOTs
- Experience supporting design-build, CM/GC, or alternative delivery infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with schedule integration across multiple contracts or program-level scheduling.
