Infrastructure Architect - Tokyo

As an IT architect, you will be involved in the following tasks

Provide proposals to customers

Evaluate current systems and analyze gaps
Design and propose optimal infrastructure solutions
Creation and review of project proposals
Conduct technical discussions and workshops for clients
Provide advice on cost reduction and efficiency improvement
Present and explain technical recommendations to clients

Project Implementation Phase

Lead the construction of systems using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
Lead the design and management of cloud-native applications
Lead the creation and updating of technical documentation
Lead troubleshooting and problem resolution
Manage project progress and coordinate with stakeholders

Operations and maintenance

Gathering feedback from customers and internal staff and proposing improvements
Provide guidance on troubleshooting and problem solving

Standardization of infrastructure work

Standardization of architects
Update and maintain standardized architects
Gathering new technologies and disseminating them to members

Creating a menu of infrastructure services

Creation and maintenance of service catalogs
Improve quality and efficiency of service delivery

Required Competencies and Experience

Expertise in networking, servers, storage, or security
In-depth knowledge and working experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.)

Experience managing Linux and Windows servers
Project experience in SI (System Integration) company
Ability to explain difficult technical terms to customers in an easy-to-understand manner
Ability to communicate well with team members
Experience using offshore (overseas) teams.
Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Required language and educational background

Japanese native level required
English proficiency is not required.
