Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture & Design Leadership

  • Own the design and delivery of enterprise-scale infrastructure architectures across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with long-term business objectives
  • Translate business, program, and technical requirements into end-to-end infrastructure architectures that follow industry guidelines, organizational standards, and customer IT strategies
  • Serve as the senior technical authority for infrastructure architecture, providing expert mentorship on system sizing, performance, availability, security, networking, operating systems, and database platforms
  • Ensure all solutions follow security, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements while upholding professional standards and organizational values

Multi-functional Collaboration & Customer Engagement

  • Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to support pursuits, influence solution roadmaps, and guide customers through architectural options and trade-offs
  • Engage with customers to understand technical and business requirements, translating them into practical, value-driven infrastructure solutions
  • Maintain customer relationships and handle project documentation standards to ensure clarity and alignment across all project phases

Technical Leadership & Mentoring

  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to other infrastructure architects and consultants, elevating architectural maturity and guidelines across the organization
  • Conduct architectural reviews to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment to standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovative practices that improve organizational capabilities

Qualifications

Required

  • Extensive experience as an Infrastructure Architect or Consultant delivering enterprise-scale solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) and hybrid infrastructure designs
  • Deep knowledge and practical experience with performance tuning for enterprise infrastructure components, including compute, storage, networking, security, high availability, and disaster recovery
  • Proven experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and enterprise database platforms such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Proven customer-facing consulting skills, including partner engagement, expectation management, and technical communication with both technical and executive audiences
  • Ability to work independently under self-management, providing leadership within project and program constraints

Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. Qualified Applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Preferred

  • Experience serving as Lead Infrastructure Architect on strategic, large-scale, or global consulting programs
  • Experience driving automation, standardization, and reusable architecture patterns through scripting, templates, or reference architecture
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring other architects or consultants and contributing to communities of practice or knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Experience with Siemens Digital Industries Software Teamcenter or Opcenter platforms
  • Experience with enterprise-grade software platforms in Product Lifecycle Management or Manufacturing Operations Management domains
  • Familiarity with containerization and modern deployment approaches (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) in enterprise or cloud environments
