We are looking for an Infrastructure Architect to join us at Telia Cygate.

My name is Torbjörn Engman, and I'm looking for someone who wants to grow together with us. We are a supportive and highly experienced team focused on designing secure and scalable infrastructure solutions, helping customers navigate complex technical challenges and digital transformation journeys.

What you’ll do:

As an Infrastructure Architect, you will play a key role in helping our customers design and realize complex IT infrastructure solutions. You will combine deep technical expertise with a consultative approach, working closely with customers, sales teams, and technical specialists throughout the entire lifecycle of a project.

You will:

• Design and architect infrastructure solutions within data center and cloud environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, translating technical complexity into clear business value.
• Support sales and pre-sales activities by presenting solution proposals and guiding customers through technical discussions.
• Participate throughout the implementation journey, ensuring solutions are successfully delivered and followed up after deployment.

What will help you thrive in this role:

We believe you'll be successful in this position if you enjoy combining technology, customer dialogue, and solution design. You are confident in customer-facing situations, comfortable making decisions, and motivated by solving complex challenges together with colleagues and customers.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Extensive experience within IT infrastructure, typically around 10+ years in relevant roles.
• A strong technical background within data center, cloud, and infrastructure architectures.
• Experience working as an Infrastructure Architect, Senior Consultant, Senior Technical Project Manager, IT Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to different audiences.
• The ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with colleagues and customers.
• Fluency in Swedish (native or near-native) and good English.

The following will be considered an advantage:

• Relevant industry certifications.
• Experience supporting sales or pre-sales processes.
• Experience leading technical aspects of larger customer projects.
