THE WORK:

  • You’ll oversee and deliver a seamless onboarding and orientation experience for new employees.
  • You’ll ensure new hire documentation is completed accurately and within required timelines.
  • You’ll partner with Mobility and hiring managers to support new hires requiring sponsorship.
  • You’ll maintain accurate, confidential employee records within HR systems with strong attention to detail.
  • You’ll coordinate with IT and hiring managers to ensure employees receive equipment, system access, and tools before their start date.
  • You’ll manage laptop provisioning and deployment, including device imaging and setup for LATAM employees.
  • You’ll coordinate primary and secondary laptop assignments to support both client and internal access needs.
  • You’ll partner with IT and client stakeholders to troubleshoot onboarding technology issues and enable day-one productivity.
  • You’ll track and maintain records for equipment assignments, access requests, and onboarding technology requirements.
  • You’ll partner with managers and employees to strengthen relationships, build morale, and improve productivity.
  • You’ll lead conflict resolution efforts and support performance improvement and corrective action plans.
  • You’ll coach managers through employee performance discussions and engagement strategies.
  • You’ll support performance management processes, including communication, training, completion tracking, and development planning.
  • You’ll investigate and document employee relations matters with accuracy and professionalism.
  • You’ll promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
  • You’ll serve as the primary HR contact for the LATAM Data Center workforce, building strong relationships with employees and leadership.
  • You’ll partner with HR teams to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and policies.
  • You’ll manage and support HR projects across onboarding, performance management, talent development, and engagement initiatives.
  • You’ll provide coaching and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • You’ll collaborate with Talent Acquisition to enhance hiring strategies and streamline recruitment processes.
  • You’ll coordinate settlement payments with Mobility, HR, and Payroll teams.
  • You’ll ensure salary alignment with Professional Employer Organization (PEO) invoices.
  • You’ll support purchase requests and coordinate safety equipment and operational needs with leadership approval.
  • You’ll support corporate training and development initiatives.
  • You’ll ensure completion and compliance with required Ethics & Compliance training.
  • You’ll train new managers on HR policies and best practices.
  • You’ll advocate for organizational change and support teams through change initiatives partner with operations to design and manage employee recognition programs and events.
  • You’ll help foster a highly engaged, positive work environment through ongoing employee engagement efforts.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR or related certification
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR management experience, Strong HR generalist experience required, including employment law and compliance requirements
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred, ADP), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
