About the Role

Reporting to the GM Customer, Commercial and Strategy, this is a leadership opportunity with diverse responsibilities for ensuring PowerNet's infrastructure assets, fleet and administration functions operate effectively.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Leading the infrastructure and administration teams.
• Managing facilities, buildings and property maintenance programmes.
• Overseeing fleet and mobile plant operations, utilisation, compliance and reporting.
• Coordinating property leases and associated stakeholder relationships.
• Developing and managing infrastructure and administration budgets.
• Driving compliance programmes and maintaining accurate asset and fleet records.
• Providing leadership, coaching and support to team members to achieve business objectives.
• Supporting emergency response activities and storm gallery management when required.

What you will need to succeed

You are a proven leader who combines operational excellence with strong people leadership. You enjoy building relationships, improving processes and delivering practical solutions in a complex operational environment. To be successful, you will bring:

• At least eight years' experience in a similar people leadership role.
• Experience in fleet, vehicle or plant management.
• Property, facilities and contract or lease management experience.
• Strong administration, systems and process improvement capability.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety
• Experience managing budgets, projects and reporting.

A qualification in business administration, communications, or a related discipline is desirable; however, candidates with significant relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
