NCS TSR : Infra Automation Scripter- Member (G4) Role : Observability Engineer Location : Pune Job Code : 11696 Job Title : Observability Engineer Experience : 2 to 4 years Skill set : Elastic Search, Logstash, Kibana Job Description Key Skills: Looking for an Observability Engineer with hands-on experience in Elastic Stack, Dynatrace, Prometheus, and modern telemetry tools across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments. This role will design, operate, and enhance our observability platform to ensure reliable metrics, logs, and trace collection for cloud-native and hybrid systems. Roles & Responsibilities : • Implement and manage observability solutions using Elasticsearch/Kibana, Beats/Elastic Agent, Logstash, APM, Dynatrace, and Prometheus. • Configure native cloud integrations for log, metric, and trace ingestion across AWS and Azure. • Perform day-to-day platform administration: upgrades, scaling, access management, performance tuning. • Handle onboarding requests from application and infrastructure teams, ensuring proper instrumentation. • Develop and maintain Helm-based deployments, exporters, and Kubernetes monitoring. • Integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and Bamboo. • Maintain documentation, dashboards, and runbooks in Confluence.
