Posizione Information Technology Trainee
Per il Plant di Pessano con Bornago (MI), stiamo cercando una risorsa da inserire nel team IT, con l’obiettivo di supportare le attività legate alla gestione dei dispositivi, all'assistenza tecnica e ai progetti di digitalizzazione aziendale.
Attività principali:
Configurazione e gestione dei PC aziendali tramite Microsoft Intune e utilizzo di RealmJoin per la distribuzione del software.
Pianificazione, coordinamento e gestione operativa della sostituzione dei PC nel rispetto del ciclo di vita aziendale.
Supporto IT di Primo Livello: presa in carico delle segnalazioni, diagnosi preliminari e instradamento verso i gruppi competenti.
Attività secondarie:
Supporto alla creazione di automazioni tramite strumenti Microsoft (Power Automate, SharePoint, integrazioni).
Collaborazione a iniziative di Intelligenza Artificiale per migliorare l’efficienza dei processi IT.
Supporto al monitoraggio, alla protezione e alla gestione della sicurezza della rete aziendale.
Requisitirichiesti:
Diploma Tecnicoadindirizzoinformatico
Interesse per i temi di digitalizzazione, automazione e innovazione tecnologica.
Precisione e capacità di seguire procedure.
Buonecapacità di comunicazione con utenti e colleghi
Attitudine al problem solving.
Cosa offriamo:
Stage di 6 mesi retribuito: 1000€/mese, rimborso mezzi pubblici, buoni pasto da 10€ per ogni giorno lavorato.
